Easy to make and stays fresh in the fridge for up to a week (in an airtight container). I find the Betta babies grow really well on this - it's got all the right nutrition, and they can take baby sized bites out of it so no need to worry about choking hazard like some other foods. The only negative is that any uneaten repashy will quickly foul the water so be sure to monitor feeding quantity and/or remove uneaten portions. If you have Pleco's that's not an issue - they will hoover it the second you turn your back :)
