Radicans Sword is a very large, fast growing plant, featuring green heart-shaped leaves. In ideal conditions, the leaves will break the surface of the water, after which it will develop pretty white flowers. Its height means that it is best suited to the background of an aquarium.
Radicans Sword reproduces by multiplying at the base.
We recommend a well fertilised fine gravel or sand for the substrate, as it will feed through the roots.
Although the ideal temperature range for Radicans Sword is 22°C – 26°C, unusually for an aquatic plant it can tolerate temperatures of up to 28°C, making it suitable for Discus tanks.

Nice plant . About the size I expected. Hopefully it will get over transplant shock and adapt to my lighting conditions. Should be great once I get past the algae phase in my new tank setup.
