Ordered 20 bunches, they turned up 3 weeks later (wasnt the courier, they took 4 days to get it to me) Half of the bunches were 4 or 5 strands, they were all rotten and smelt terrible. Have emailed 4 times, tried to chat twice over the last few weeks and called the phone number on line, which is disconnected. Not a single response! Very disappointing, will definitely not be buying from this site again

Packaged in flimsy courier bag, the plant was smashed up and yellow upon arrival. Support said it's all right since the roots are okay. But this only if you want pennywort roots

Definitely not up to fishroom standard. Didn't cone in cardboard protector just wrapped in paper. And yellow.when placed on water most of the stalks were broken. Along with the other 3 plants. Total waste of money and no relpilies to any emails.

Weed arrived quite squashed and brown.
Immediately sent email with photos and yet to get any decent reply.
Its over 2 weeks now.
Wont be buying live plants from you again

Got 1 live, 1 DOA & last one remained unknown but probably in the same category, as my daughter put the ramshorns into a deeply mulmy and planted up area of our room-temperature fishtank and being various shades of brown from light to mid toned, (definitely not anything approximating red) they all were camouflauged in this, so I was unable keep an eye on any apart from the two which I moved to a better place to be able to see if they moved at all and the trio didn't exactly arrive bursting to explore. I did water tests at the start and everything seemed okay and all my fish were and remained happy and behaving normally, (I do chemical-free fishkeeping apart from the usual tests) so it was a surprise that no ramshorns snail seem to be living in there... I figured that maybe there was a different temp or Nelson vs Greymouth water issue that they didn't like such as a change of pH. I just had them straight into the tank with no sitting the bag in the water as they're not fish... I am a novice fishkeeper who's only kept goldfish before now so I could have made mistakes I don't even know about. But my impression is that the living one may have karked it after a few days... However the eggs I believe that it laid were hatching yesterday, so I am hoping that at least a few of the babies survive my minnows. I was very surprised at the extra cost for sending the snails with plants as it was simply that the snails are wrapped in wet newspaper in a fish bag, inside of a box- but maybe that's the base price for any itsy bitsy living being to be sent in a box.

I was surprised with how quickly my order arrived - we live in a small town in the Waikato, and the Repashy arrived just 2 or 3 days after ordering.
I bought it for my otocinclus to eat, but unfortunately my oto's didn't seem particularly interested, however all my other fish went crazy for it!

I was happy with the variety and amount of the selections from The Fish Room. I went cautiously and only got one as I am a newbie to aquaria and was cautious about this idea of sending water plants... Tbh I got plants off a variety of places such as trademe & FB marketplace and this, my first one was definitely the better choice of them all as all the plants in this order arrived fully intact and there were 3 stems of each different type... In comparison, the other place I got something similar from, sent me out many of the same plants... Over and over which was frankly disappointing -as opposed to the great selection I got from the fish room, so if I need more plants to set up another tank, I will definitely order without any qualms from here again!

I hope these plants will all do okay as I don't have lights and like my dirted sand capped fish tanks fairly low tech, with natural lighting... If only there was a lighting system that looked as beautiful & natural like the soft last-glow evening light, instead of the usual fakey fakey of brashly lit LED arrays!

I did pay over 3 weeks ago for my order. Never arrived and no response from shop.

Plecos appear to like it. Ate it quicker than the morning wood they also get.

Was asked to send a photo,but never had a reply. Disappointed as I had made many orders with fish room.

I ordered two Blue Mystery Snails and one arrived dead 😞 they did arrive on the following Monday not the Thursday as expected so that may have been why. The one that is alive is doing great.

Is softer than I expected, still cleans well but doesn't appear to scratch the inside of the tube's.

My fish have a healthy glow when these are a regular part of their diet. Great for conditioning for spawning.
