No die-back and has new leaves already. Pea Puffers love sleeping on its big leaves.
Sadly I was quite disappointed. I am a first time customer and the broad Leaf Java fern i ordered and received had only a couple leaves. I emailed the fish room of my concerns with a photo and was told that's generally how they come at this time of year.
Purchased 9 Otos and after a couple of weeks they are all thriving and doing really well. Have kept Otos for years and have often had problems with deaths soon after arrival due to unhealthy fish that haven't been well cared for by the supplier. Very impressed with this purchase from The Fish Room!
Great value, the 200g bag is packed full of shells, going to last for ages. Looks great in the aquariums.
Aquatic smails are going mental for the leftover macadamia nut in the shell. The Hillstream Loaches are also fighting over the shells leftovers. Most of the aquarium residents are pecking the insides of the shells. I've put 5-6 shell halfs into each tank.

Not received mentioned earlier they negligence placed in leaking bag all water out etc matters discussed the supplier refused support honestly it was their fault i gave them video of bag and leaking the defective manufacturer bag actually observe damage

Once you remember to follow the instructions and pull the plants apart, these leaves are much like evergreens. Very solid leaves, with long green roots sitting happily on the trees
And I like how it comes with a little spatula so you know how much to feed them too.
I love the flakes in this brand I got the granules coz of the fishes with smaller mouths and they love it and also it sinks to the bottom slowly so all fishes enjoy
Recently bought a blue calico and I couldn’t be less disappointed if I tried! Absolutely beautiful to watch swim around in my tank.

As a beginner in aqua plants, i took the plunge and invested in a CO2 unit. The unit is easy to set up. Only tricky part is getting the timings of the droplets. The unit is small and doesn't take up much space. The good thing is that you don't need to buy the Ziss brand refills. The instructions already tell you the ingredients you need to buy. So happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend the Ziss brand.
Thanks Fish Room for the five healthy baby pea puffers to add to my existing colony. The little peas have personality plus and the new additions to the colony have given the existing adults a real boost in morale (after the loss of two of my oldest dominant females). The babies have been easy to feed with them enjoying the both live and frozen foods. The favorite is gut loaded white worm (which on I feed Vitabites and other quality fish food).
Fish Room has a great info sheet and I cannot state how much happier my peas are in a bigger group. My puffer colony of ten currently resides in a very heavily planted 165L with Pleco Ceramic structures (I use these in all my tanks) and wood. I also added Riparium plants (although use holders not baskets a pea puffer may get stuck). Otos and Pygmy Corys provide a 'cleanup' crew, I have had no issues with aggression towards them from the Puffers (ensure they are feed appropriately - Raphasy a fav here).
Nice, good root base. Slight die-off, snails are cleaning that up, new leaves can be seen.
Will certainly order more.
