Cardamine

Cardamine grows like a climbing plant between all its neighbouring plants. On the nodes it grows roots, which are very often hardly visible due to its dense growth. Propagation is very easy - just cut off a part of the stem or a lateral shoot, which you re-plant into the substrate. This cutting throws new roots very quickly and starts growing.

Cardamine is highly suitable for creating a visual contrast in an aquarium or as an eyecatcher. Especially in nature aquaria, its climbing growth makes for wonderful effects, as you can let it grow over driftwood or other decorative materials. It is also possible to cultivate Cardamine as a bush in the middleground, however, in that case it is necessary to trim it often to maintain its form.

To ensure you get the best quality plant, we order plants in fresh at the end of each week, for next week delivery. This way we can assure you of fresh, healthy and vibrant plants delivered straight to your door. Doing this means we can also lower our prices for you. Please expect plants to be delivered Thursday of the following week that you ordered.

I got these as pots and they were awesome, big long stems and they flowered too. Everyone still going strong and I usually murder them in the first week

Gorgeous plant

Recently added this to my 55 long which houses two mystery snails, 5 penguin tetras, 6 silvertip tetras, a baby sail fin pleco and a honey dwarf gourami, this plant easily fills in space and gives my fish somewhere to retreat to when they’re a big overwhelmed, the snails love climbing it too!
